Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and orders through email, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Updating CRM database with new information every customer contact
- Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the sales process, from invoicing to tracking payments and orders and addressing customer issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Russian and English (business email writing skills)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluency in global sales techniques, incoterms, and import/export regulations.
- Strong research, sales planning. prospecting and follow up skills
- Proficiency in Google drive, zoom, google tables
Extra awesome:
- Passionate about cars, Japan, and global sales.
Working hours: 5-day work week, from 9:00 to 18:00
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Bonus,
