Budgeting and Financial Modeling Specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
- Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
- Presenting monthly, quarterly annual budgets to management of the company
- Developing financial models to assist with developing strategic initiatives and taking critical decisions
- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (revenue estimation, data collection, etc.)
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in the field of banking/financial institutions
- Higher finance/accounting education (BAs or MAs)
- Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking and initiative, accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational skills
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Required personal qualities – good stress-resistant, strong team player
- Written and oral English (upper intermediate); Azerbaijani is a must; Russian will be advantage
- Candidates with BI or Python knowledge will be preferred; FMVA certification will be preferred
