- Əsas vəsaitlər, qeyri-maddi aktivlər və azqiymətli əşyaların ERP sistemdə ilkin uçota alınması, istismara verilməsi, silinməsi, yerdəyişməsi, amortizasiya siyasətinə uyğun olaraq amortizasiya metodlarının tətbiq edilməsi
- İcarəyə verilən və götürülən əsas vəsaitlərin uçotunun həyata keçirilməsi
- Yük gömrük bəyannamələrinin ERP sistemə daxil edilməsi və ödəniş sənədləri ilə uzlaşdırılması
- ERP sistemdə mağazaların anbar qalığının yoxlanılması zamanı neqativ qalıqlar, sıfıra bərabər olmalı anbar qalığı və təşkilati anbar qalığı yoxlamaları problemlərinin aradan qaldırılması
- İnventarizasiya nəticələrinin ERP sistemdə əks etdirilməsi
- İcarə haqqı xərclərinin sifarişlərinin ERP sistemə daxil edilməsi
- ERP sistemə yeni xidmət nomenklaturalarının əlavə edilməsi
- Mal-material, əsas vəsaitlər, qeyri-maddi aktivlər və azqiymətli əşyalarla bağlı hesabatların təqdim edilməsi
- Ayın bağlanması prosesində iştirak etməsi

- İqtisadiyyat, Maliyyə və ya Biznesin İdarəedilməsi üzrə Ali təhsil
Təcrübə:
- Maliyyə və ya Mühasibatlıq sahəsində 1 ildən çox iş təcrübəsi

We are currently looking for Fixed Asset Accountant to join Sinteks Group of Companies.
The role of the position:
The role of this position is to ensure the efficient organization of the accounting of fixed assets and other material valuables using progressive forms and methods of accounting and control.
Job responsibilities:
- Initial accounting, commissioning, deletion, relocation of fixed assets, intangible assets and low-value items in the ERP system, applying depreciation methods in accordance with the depreciation policy
- Realization of accounting of leased and borrowed fixed assets
- Entering cargo customs declarations into the ERP system and reconciling them with payment documents
- Eliminating the problems of negative balances, zero balances and organizational balance checks when checking the warehouse balance of stores in the ERP system
- Reflecting the inventory results in the ERP system
- Entry of rent expense orders into the ERP system
- Adding new service nomenclatures to the ERP system
- Submission of reports on goods and materials, fixed assets, intangible assets and low-value items
- Participation in the closing process of the month
Main requirements:
Education:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Experience:
- More than 1 year of work experience in Finance or Accounting

- Financial Accounting
- 1C Program
- MS Office Applications
