Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements between company and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and control contract-related payment issues
  • Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
  • Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out
  • Assist with the employer's compliance with mandatory standards 
  • Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations
  • Prepare and submit periodical reports to Legal Manager

Requirements:

  • High education 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Azeri, English, Turkish (will be an advantage)
  • General computer knowledge including the use the Microsoft Office programs.
  • SAP knowledge is essential
