Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution and presenting this insight back to stakeholders
- Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer engagement and retention
- Follow up CRM KPIs and periodic reports; collaborate with internal units
- Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CRM system
- Segment customer databases and create targeted marketing lists for personalized communications
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize CRM campaigns and improve key performance metrics
Requirements:
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)
- Proven work experience as a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analytics or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
