Responsibilities:

• To be a contact person for support request: analyze, document, resolve;
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users;
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
• To analyze data in database via SQL queries;
• Testing new modules and functionality of the system
• Assists in defining and documenting assigned ERP systems processes and transactions in support of business processes defined by functional unit process owners.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in SQL
• Microsoft Office Excel and basic IT knowledge
• Ability to work with Linux commands (preferably)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Teamwork skills
• Tasks prioritization and effective time management skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication, research and writing skills.
• Creativity
• Time management
• Negotiation skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skillset

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics or Information Technologies

Language skills: Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English.
