Main activities and responsibilities:

• Assisting the leadership team to develop, managing and monitoring the QHSE performance of the company 
• Monitoring and ensuring that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members 
• Maintaining Company’s QHSE processes and procedures, ensuring the Company to maintain its accreditations (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS 18001:2007), ISO 17020:2008 etc.) 
• Maintain and edit Quality Manuals;
• Prepare for and attend audits and maintain auditing schedules;
• Prepare audit reports and perform follow-up to obtain resolutions that are compliant with regulations and satisfactory to all parties;
• Maintain records of all internal audit activities;
• Maintain thorough knowledge of evolving quality assurance codes and standards;
• Management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain Company’s accreditations 
• Providing support to execution of emergency response plans and managing all emergency situations and executing all HSE procedures and policies 
• Designing safety training programs for the staff and ensuring response to all HSE related requirements and drafting all materials for training programs within required timeframe 
• Supervising management of all hazardous waste and maintaining records of same and ensuring compliance to all HSE programs 
• Producing further analysis and reports as may be required by management, or company management from time to time. 
• Maintain, enforce, and measure quality assurance processes;
• Review and evaluate services to correct deficiencies and formulate improvements;
• Assist with the planning and implementation of new programs, services, and projects; monitor progress and evaluate results; recommend changes or other action as appropriate;
• Reviews, analyses, and implements technological changes to enhance performance and customer requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Training Courses:

• ISO 9001: 2015 Standard - Quality Management System;
• ISO 45001: 2018 Standard - Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System;
• ISO 19011: 2011 Standard - Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems / Internal Audit;
• ISO 14001: 2015 Standard - Environmental Management Systems.
