Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out complete contract cycle and keeping up to date the existing contracts, amendments. 
  • Informing procurement staff in advance on contracts due dates and prolongation/ re-tender activities
  • Keeping contracts well-organized and properly filed/ stored.
  • Follow up on contracts/ amendment approval cycle.
  • Works with accounting to process invoices
  • Confirm acceptability of the suppliers’ invoices
  • Handle urgent procurement department tasks. 
  • Responsible for procurement document turnaround and control.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any other-related studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in procurement roles with similar capacity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and influence others to achieve results. 
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English (min. Upper Intermediate)
  • Experience in technical procurement operations and contracts administration
  • CIPS certificate is plus.
  • Results oriented, flexibility, prompt on the prioritized tasks. 
  • Being able to work in the fast paste environment.
  • Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers.
  • Striving for high internal/external stakeholder satisfaction work collaboratively with others to meet line manager’s objectives.
