An ideal candidate is expected to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate the concept of the show with potential clients,
  • Design and produce materials to increase product sales (can be for B2B sales or marketing briefs),
  • Meet your sales threshold during the project,
  • Oversee the crowdfunding campaign for the show,
  • Maintain communication and relationships with customers and high-level project stakeholders.

As an early-stage business, your contributions will support the financial sustainability of our social enterprise and help us continue our social impact.

We’re requiring the following from the applicants:

  • Work experience in a corporate setting, preferably in marketing and/or sales (can be an internship, part-time or full-time),
  • University degree in economics, business, or relevant fields (this is preferred but optional - we’re flexible with your academic background as long as you have the “it” factor for sales),
  • Excellent English and Azerbaijani language skills (we don’t need to see your IELTS score),
  • Interested and motivated to contribute to a social impact organization,

Our ideal teammate is responsible, accurate, prompt, and is excited to work with us.

We’re quite flexible in our operations. We are not a fast-paced team, though we are heavily focused on deadlines, results, and outcomes. You will not be working under any stress.

This is a temporary opening with a possible extension. Remuneration is heavily based on your job performance. We will be paying 500 AZN/month (300 AZN for part-time candidates) + 20% of your total sales for the project duration.
