The role of the position:
The role of this position is to organize the process of providing cash advances to employees, ensure timely and appropriate submission of reports on advances, reflect them in accounting and control bank cards.
Job responsibilities:
- Organization of advance payments
- Controlling travel expenses and entering them into the ERP system
- Bank card control
- Month closing process
Main requirements:
Education:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Experience:
- More than 1 year experience in Finance and Accounting
Professional knowledge:
- Financial Accounting
- Good command of English
- 1C program
- MS Office
