Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and operational analysis based on technical, market & financial data 
• Due diligence in coordination with multiple internal stakeholders and departments 
• Construct a full financial model to assess the viability of projects 
• Produce a full package of projected financial statements (Income statement, Cash flow statement etc.)
• Fully understand (deep dive) requirements of ad hoc requests, arrange data collection from relevant departments and apply data analytics methods to support decision-making
• Calculate and report the project’s economic indicators i.e. NPV, IRR, PBP.
• Present findings in professional report/presentation format as an input to management’s decision-making
• Support the enhancement of the development team’s processes and procedures 

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, financial analysis, math or a similar field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Excellent visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI or others) 
• Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA is privilege

Any other specific requirements:

• Financial analysis and modelling skills (financial projections) 
• Demonstrate ability to gather, analyze, and present complex technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner
• Advanced analytical and numerical reasoning skills
• High attention to detail, solution-oriented, critical mindset
