The job envisages that an employee meets the following qualification requirements:

Education:

- Higher professional education and additional training as Production Technologist.

- the minimal previous work experience under the speciality shall be not less than 5 years.

2. Employee’s Responsibilities

The job responsibilities of Production Technologist are identified on the basis and in the scope of the qualification requirements, and may be amended and identified according to the Job Description as required.

Production Technologist is primarily responsible for the functional design and technical integrity of systems to produce hydrocarbons from the reservoirs and bring them to the surface, including conceptual completion/sand face and major workover designs, well flow and system modelling input, ensuring that daily well production is optimised within production system constraints and future W&RS opportunities are matured and executed. Provide PT support to Development Optimisation, Well Delivery and RP reporting.

Job Description:
- Contribute to production optimisation activities covering the total integrated production system through PtL and Well-by-well reviews and regular multi-disciplinary meetings such as the Production and Injection Optimisation Forum.
- Perform ‘first line’ monitoring of reservoir performance and analyze field data (e.g. GL system, production performance analysis and steam quality downhole monitoring) to ensure reservoir and well management guidelines are implemented and to ensure over-all production levels are maximised on a daily basis.
- Participate in addressing development issues such as well proposals, reservoir management plans, development analysis, development optimisation and W&RS.
- Well modelling and design techniques to a range of reservoirs and integrated reservoir problem and recommend remedial actions.
- The PT is primarily accountable for conceptual well and completion standards.
- Execute proposals for interventions to increase oil production such as workovers, rigless interventions, acid jobs and hydraulic fracture treatments.
- Provide support to the Well Delivery Process, GWD preparation and it changes.
- Following completion of each new well, responsible for preparing final well reports and post-activity reports for well interventions.
- Provide support to the SEIC Standing Commission when required.
- Provide input to proposals for rigless well interventions to obtain data such as PLT surveys, MDT surveys and down-hole PVT sampling.
- Provide input to compliance and reporting with regulatory requirements as stipulated by the Russian Federation.

3. Professional skills and competences:

3.1 Decrees, resolutions, orders of higher-level authorities, methodological, normative and such other guiding materials.
3.2 Basics economics, organization of production, labour and management
3.3 Currently valid regulations on work remuneration and forms of material incentives.
3.4 Basics of labour legislation.
3.5 Labour safety rules and standards, safety, sanitary and hygiene, and fire facilities.
3.6 Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and network positively and effectively with the asset teams and supporting groups, ensuring that project objectives and context are clearly transmitted.
3.7 Business English Language skills.
