Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement of products and services
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
- Minimum 3 year working experience in a clerical setting or in purchasing
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Skills in mathematics, finance or accounting.
- Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
