Job Description:

  • Co-ordinate and organize external and internal meetings, ensuring CEO has relevant documentation as needed
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring they are distributed in a timely manner and monitor progress of actions
  • Check email inboxes/ monitor other Directors calendars to facilitate the planning of events/ meetings
  • Ensure the diary of the CEO is managed effectively and arrange events as required
  • Main requirements for the candidate:
  • BA Education
  •  Experience as PA 1+ or in relevant position
  • Professional  Azerbaijani, advanced Russian, intermediate English
  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
