Job summary:
- Provides various levels of support and services to areas of the supply chain.
- Oversee daily operations of international transportation and custom clearance operation. Coordinate import, export international freight and customs activities.
- Provide proactive customer service to internal and external customers.
Key accountabilities:
- Manage the international logistics and supply chain operations full scope
- Lead the Subcontractors management system.
- Establish standardized operational practices
- Develop and implement workflow and process improvements.
- Lead the team in understanding of KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching of direct reports,
- Monitor warehousing service to expand company strength.
- Design and implement Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).
- Arrange workshops with software consultants to design, develop, and implement a customized ERP system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based and job-specific software applications.
- Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages.
Salary: Salary negotiable
Work Experience minimum 7 years in required sphere (FF).
