This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Managing HR admin scope: hiring, termination, vacation and other core HR processes
  • Handling HR records in the system
  • Handling migration compliance across Caspian
  • Cooperating with EMCR HR organization on compensation & benefits matters
  • Owning staff movement reporting and owning all numbers on HR / people matters

  • Interpersonal skills, working effectively in a virtual team environment, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures, and staff levels within BCG
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times​​​
  • Ability to ensure integrity of HR systems, guidelines and documents

You bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Deep Knowledge of Azerbaijan labor law
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience of managing HR operations in Azerbaijan
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
  • Being familiar with Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan HR admin practices is a plus
  • Being familiar with Workday is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent Azerbaijanese, fluent English
