Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our Baku team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, driving revenue, and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention of clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase business and market share.
- Initiate, implement, and monitor direct sales activities to improve revenue and passenger traffic results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales and market growth reports for your Country Manager.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all sales procedures and policies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with travel agencies, corporate partners, and airline stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline/aviation/tourism sales, covering all aspects of the commercial cycle.
- Strong understanding of the Azerbaijani travel market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Team-oriented personality with high motivation and positive energy.
