Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL drivers across the U.S.
- Manage job postings and outreach on social platforms and job boards
- Maintain candidate database and communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Fluent in English/Russian (additional languages a plus)
- Work hours: 19:00- 04:00 (from the office in Baku)
