Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls;
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards;
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers;
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit;
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.

The appropriate candidate for us should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least 3 years of sales experience as a manager required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills;
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
