Requirements:
- Age- 30-40
- High education
- Work experience – as a manager min. 3 years
- Language skills: Azeri, Russian, English
- Computer skills: -MS Office, 1C
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment, selection and orientation process
- Monitoring of learning and development plan, career succession plan
- Preparing of employment contracts, job descriptions, vacation plan, monitoring e-gov.az
- Carry out compulsory insurance of employees;
- Keep employee attendance records;
- Evaluation of employees’ performance
- Preparing HR budget
- Monthly and yearly HR reports
Work conditions:
- Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
- Work days 5/2
- Salary -1500-1700
