- Be conversant with recruiting procedures and conditions for the hiring of staff
- Able to work under own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
- Conversant with local laws rehiring of staff, conditions and work practices.
- Work with modern computer software
- Be flexible for working conditions
- Have some experience relating to clients and potential clients
