Key Responsibilities:

• Developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;
• Writing, editing, and proofreading content;
• Formulating a cross-platform content strategy;
• Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing;
• Building a following on social media;
• Providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members and designers;
• Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content;
• Creating and managing content across all platforms, Derby newspaper, magazine, pop materials, web site, social media, advertisements, including email and social media and etc;
• Cooperating with the marketing team to create web content and monitor its effectiveness over time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism;
• Professional knowledge of Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English and Russian is encouraged;
• 3-4 years of agency experience or in a similar role;
• Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent Presentation skills;
• Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of Power Point;
• Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices advantage;
• Proficiency with popular content management systems;
• Experience with online and offline platforms;
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content;
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement;
• Manage a busy workload according to deadline.
