Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an ambassador and project manager for clients’ campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Manage all project requests to ensure they are produced on time and on budget
  • Create, execute and syndicate proposals to ensure they meet the client’s needs.
  • Actively manage scope of work and lead stewardship of daily deliverables. 
  • Create, follow and update periodic status reports
  • Ability to solve problematic points in terms of both client and agency agreement. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient and correct flow of communication.
  • Collaborate with team members on review of strategy, design, copywriting, creative, plan and other related issues.
  • Ability to think and create selling detailed and to the point presentations.
  • Collect all data from the creative department and other departments and create a final presentation to be sent to the client.
  • Collaborate with client representatives, other corporate departments and support established processes.
  • High skill Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint knowledge and practice.
  • Minimal knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media boosting, Web site, Application, etc.) Understanding the algorithm of Digital Marketing. 
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years’ experience as Account manager/Brand manager or related position
  • English and Russian languages are must.

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Hospitality or related field
  • Four (4) years’ experience in Advertising or related field
  • Experience in managing a team
