Key Responsibilities:
User Moderation:
- Monitor and review user profile and status on the platforms (Website/CRM Panel)
- Take appropriate actions, including user removal or user banning, based on violations.
Content Moderation & Management:
- Monitor and review user-generated content on the website for appropriate rewarding
- Take appropriate actions, including content adding & removal
User & Sales Team Support:
- Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly on messenger and in-platform communication tools.
- Provide assistance and guidance to users on website features.
- Provide assistance and guidance with Sales Team requests.
Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure strict enforcement of website policies to maintain a safe and positive online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to content moderation.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on user activity, content trends, and moderation actions taken.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous social media, customer care or related field experience is preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of related software
- Knowledge of CMS is preferable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
- Highly responsible & reliable.

- Salary: reliable to experience -1000-1100.
