Job description:

  • Preparation internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.\
  • Monitor correct and timely settlement of receivables
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager in planning, managing and monitoring major financing processes.
  • Work closely with Sales department Managers on elaboration of cash flow planning and analysis for individual projects .
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget process and financial forecast of expenses
  • Set up and oversee the company’s finance ERP system.
  • Solve all tasks assigned by the management in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Control payments, control accounts and make payments through "internet banking";
  • Perform quarter -end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries;
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations;
  • To work closely with the Storekeeper to ensure that all goods issued and received are properly recorded and updated
  • Additional tasks as requested

Skills/Knowledge and Experience required on the:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
  • Previous 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
  • ACCA/ DIPIFR is preferable
  • Microsoft Office skills
