Job Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
- Preparation of sales dashboards and requested reports, collecting data
- Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Conduct analysis and provide reports to management in support of day to day business.
- Assist in coordination of quarterly and annual financial forecasts and plans
- Preparation of materials for vendors’ reports, coordinating compensations
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Evaluate data requests from various areas of the business effectively seeking clarification as needed.
- Implementation of internal business processes(1C)
- Daily communication with partners and vendors on current projects
- Research latest business trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in related field, preferable IT and consumer electronics fields
- High level of analytical skills and attention to details
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel program
- Creative thinking and creative approach
- Fluent language skills(writing/speaking) in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
