Work with the Management Team to confirm hiring needs and requirements
Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
Collaborate with the recruitment agencies on hiring needs
Collaborate with Universities and Career Center
Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
Process and track applicant job submissions
Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
Attract suitable candidates through most efficient sourcing channels.
Complete paperwork for new hires
Explain the company's vision and culture during interviews
Provide recruitment reports to HR Director
Proactively determine potential issues with prospective applicants
Participate in job fairs and career events
Designs and runs Internship programs
Training Skills:
Develops and conduct onboard and orientation programs for new hired employees
Identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions within the organization
Contribute to the identification and creation process of new learning opportunities outside the classroom, such as using multi-media devices, e-learning, etc.
Track and report all training activities and provides updates to management as required
Ensure all training-related deliverables of the project are on time, in scope and on budget to meet all business requirements for a successful go live
Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.
Main Requirements:
3+ years experience recruitment and resourcing.
Excellent interviewing skills.
Experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Experience in multi-media devices, e-learning.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
