Job duties:

- This is an exciting, challenging, multi-faceted position with the opportunity to reach into many different areas in a growing company in the CEP& logistics field.
- Contract Manager is primarily responsible for managing all contracts that their employer is negotiating and entering. Contract Managers have to be knowledgeable about the details and potential benefits of any contract, and must fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
- Negotiate, author, execute, manage contracts, subcontracts, agreements, and purchase orders cradle to grave and provide contracting subject matter expertise
- Create, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts
- Coordinate with Project Managers to provide guidance on contractual requirements and ensure contract requirements are fulfilled
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the single point of contact for matters concerning contracts
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience: Not less than 3-5 years of work experience as contract manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Commensurate experience or certification without a degree may be considered.
• PMP Certification (or active plan to achieve PMP Certification, preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft products.
• Languages: Candidate should have excellent Azerbaijani language (Russian and English languages are preferable)

Salary: based on candidates’ experience.
