Position title: Training Manager
Employer: “ANC GROUP” LLC (RAHAT supermarkets)
Schedule/Location: Full-time, Baku
Job experience: min 1 year
Net salary:  Payment agreement during interview.

Job description:

- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with divisional and department heads;
- Define the skill requirements of the team members, managers and assess the training needs;
- Review, organize and coordinate training programs by outsourcing;
- Develop, manage, organize and deliver training & development programs for employees;
- Periodically analyze training needs, review and improve existing training programs to be in line with the Company’s objectives;
- Plan the annual training calendar and budget.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Diploma;
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience as training organizer;
- Good computer skills - MS Office, Power Point - desirable;
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, hardworking and responsible with high level of initiative;
- Good EQ in interactions with people;
- Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good team player;
