HR data and reporting specialist

The appropriate candidate for us should have:

- A bachelor's degree in Business administration or another similar field;
- At least a year of experience in the field of HR data and reporting;
- Knowledge of AR labor legislation;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Power BI;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English is advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team;

Key Accountabilities:

- Work closely with departments to understand reporting and dashboard requirements;
- This role includes delegation of work and partnership with the Business units and Joint ventures enforcing clear performance measurements;
- Report with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes;
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations;
- Prepare daily operations of a reporting utilizing a report request tracking tool;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional information:

- Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
- Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- The place of work is located in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
