Tasks:

1. Daily monitoring of key micro-market metrics
2. Daily monitoring of metrics in the context of user id, identification of anomalies by TOPs, search / formation of the best cases for teaching clients to successfully do business on market
3. Account management with the aim of custdev top X clients
4. Initiation, coordination and implementation of promotional initiatives aimed at the growth of MR (newsletters, cashback, discounts, etc.)
5. Control of the adequacy of pricing for market products in relation to the GMV of the market, initiating, agreeing on changes in prices for products
6. Setting tasks in CRM system for CSM(customer success managers) / support to contact clients with specific tasks
7. Development of the catalog (elaboration of requests, data, prompts according to the approved flow)
8. Analysis of key competitors
9. Communicating insights to the market / product team

1. Diligence be able to perform a variety of repetitive processes and standards
2. Analytical skills - the ability to correctly read data from a dashboards, to carry out simple manipulations with data
3. Flexibility - the ability to work effectively in a changing environment

6. Initiative-the candidate will need to show a high level of initiative, initiate and carry out projects aimed at the growth of the category
