Specialist/Senior specialist in Digital Fraud Management

Main roles & responsibilities:

• Taking necessary measures for creation/development of detection, prevention mechanisms in digital channels
• Responsible from preparing/reviewing of internal policies and procedures
• Product safety - New products, campaigns, and service analysis for identifying weaknesses in pre-development phase
• Contributing to the business by highlighting fraud risks and advising mitigation plans
• Placing preventive or detective anti-fraud controls to release or minimize possible fraud losses
• Creating/developing fraud rules and scenarios
• Conducting Fraud Risk Assessment
• Preparing and leading the awareness activities in pre-defined period and content for involved bank’s organizational units
• Adhering to the change, patch, incident and problem management processes
• Conducting technical documentation
• Providing periodic and on-demand reports
• Adhering to internal and external policies and processes
• Performing trend, root cause, pattern, customer data, link analysis in pre-defined period and manner

Required qualifications & skills:

• Education: Bachelor degree of Economics, informational technology, mathematics or other relevant field
• Work experience: 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Foreign Language: English (good)
• Computer Skills:
• Knowledge of data analysis tools, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of computer forensics, link analysis tools, Core Banking Systems, Card Applications, cyber security systems knowledge
• Product Knowledge: Card Applications and products, Wired transactions, Fraud Management systems, Global payment providers anti-fraud products, services, rules and compliance
• Knowledge of disputes (chargebacks) and their resolutions
