Condition:

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service & Hospitality:
Welcome guests onboard and provide a warm, professional introduction to the vessel.
Assist guests with seating, luggage, and personal belongings.
Provide information about the yacht/cruise, itinerary, and available services.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and attend to their special requests.
Offer refreshments, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests' needs are met throughout the journey.
2. Safety & Emergency Assistance:
Brief guests on safety procedures, emergency exits, and lifejacket use.
Ensure guests follow safety protocols while on board.
Assist in emergency situations by following safety guidelines and supporting the crew.
3. Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with the captain and crew to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments (kitchen, housekeeping, etc.).
Assist in organizing onboard events, entertainment, or excursions.
4. Cleanliness & Presentation:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including lounges, cabins, and dining areas.
Ensure that tables are properly set and prepared for meals.
Keep an eye on general vessel tidiness and report any issues to the crew.

Requirements:

1. Experience & Skills:
Previous experience as a hostess, stewardess, or in hospitality (marine or luxury service experience is a plus).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Experience with housekeeping and guest relations onboard.
Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.
Familiarity with safety procedures and emergency protocols at sea.
2. Personal Qualities:
Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Polite, attentive, and discreet when dealing with guests.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to long hours and changing schedules.
3. Technical & Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and work long hours on a moving vessel.
Basic first aid and safety training (STCW certification is a plus).
Swimming proficiency and ability to assist in emergency situations.
Capability to lift and carry light to moderate loads (e.g., trays, luggage).
Seafarer’s medical fitness certificate (as required by maritime regulations).
4. Education & Language:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism training is a plus).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus, especially for international guests).
