• Salary package: 3200$-4000$ + 20-30%

Responsibilities:

• Full time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.
• Conduct Pilates classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.
• Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.
• Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.

Requirements:

• A Pilates certification from a recognized institute in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.
• At least three years of teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.
• A Barre certificate is a plus.
