About the Role

We are seeking professional and result-oriented instructors for IELTS, TOEFL preparation. (Also SAT)
While the position is based in Baku, instructors do not need to be present every day, certain teaching days can be conducted online depending on the schedule.

Key responsibilities:
    •    Teach group and individual lessons (in-person or online).
    •    Provide feedback on Writing and Speaking tasks.
    •    Monitor student progress and ensure lesson quality.

Requirements: 

• Excellent English level (C1–C2).
• Collaborate with management to improve academic performance.
• IELTS 7.5+
• Experience in IELTS / TOEFL preparation.
• Reliability, professionalism, and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to teach both in-person and online.

• Stable schedule with guaranteed minimum 10 lessons per week (This is the minimum number)
• 15–20 AZN per lesson depending on qualifications.
• Monthly income between 800–2500 AZN, based on workload and results.
