Responsibilities

• Configuring hardware and software
• Setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users
• Answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems
• To keep detailed records of network configurations, peripheral specifications, problems and solutions, to help company address issues more quickly in the future.
• Provide support or assistance for operations team when prompted

Requirements

• Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT
• Moderate knowledge of MS Windows Server topics
• Moderate network information to control the network infrastructure of 5 locations
• (Aruba Network Switch, Aruba Clearpas Mager, Aruba Airwaye, Cisco products and management.)
• Will be able to support Client.
• Personal relationship must be good.
