Position: Recruitment specialist

Job description:

- Management of hiring processes, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates;
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies by keeping track of recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.)
- Maintain records and compile statistical data concerning personnel such as recruitment, and transfers;
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Accomplish human resources and organization missions by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree required
- Advanced English, Azerbaijan languages, Russian is an advantage

Professional Skills and Experience:

- Male candidate - At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
- Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
- Concrete, punctual, executive -- Open to business trips (regions)

Working schedule:

- Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
