HEAD OF IT DEPARTMENT
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor degree
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or 2 years work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods.
• Courses and Training: Sufficient theoretical and practical background and attendance in courses and seminars in the related field.
• Skills: Expected to have detailed and comprehensive knowledge of systems/legislation in the related field. Expected to offer consulting to other employees when needed. Some roles require practical knowledge of systems/programmes/software in the related field. Responsible for carrying out and coordinating complex activities in different fields
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
• Application of new technologies as well as improvement of existing ones
• Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
• Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and justifying
• Leadership and management skills
• Analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics
• Understanding of other, non-technical parts of the business
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPsec, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Failover Cluster, File Server, Group Policy Management, VLAN, NAT, Access-list;
• Experience in administration of 1C;
• Good knowledge of firewall;
• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 knowledge;
• Experience in administration of virtualized systems;
• MS O365 administration experience;
• Knowledge of backup solutions and principles;
• Antivirus administration experience;
