Position title 1C: ERP Consultant-Implementer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements from clients of various industry
• Review and analysis of business processes
• Evaluate current state of customer processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Propose operationally efficient and rational solution configuration proposals
• Prepare functional design documentation
• Contribute to the Technical Design Documentation
• Configuration and customization of the system based on agreed requirements
• Contribute to the User Acceptance Test activities
• Deliver configured functionality to the client for confirmation
• Participate in presale activities and commercial offers preparation
• Conduct workshops and training sessions.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy/Financial Management
• Computer Sciences degree would be advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of 1C ERP implementation experience
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations
• Senior level consulting experience in 1C
• Prior experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Navision would be major advantage

• Good understanding of solution architecture and functional / technical design within 1C platform
• Analyze business processes, experience building as-is and to-be
• Good understanding of best practices in the focus areas
• Document and capture business requirements and processes properly
• Model data and processes
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
• Creative problem solving and conflict resolution
• Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship and analytical skills
• Commitment to continuous learning, successful completion of applicable product certification exams

Additional Notes:

• Having 1C Certificates
• Having Microsoft of Linux engineer level certificates would be desirable
• Accounting certificate would be an advantage
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English would be desirable (any other languages will be a plus)
