HSE Assurance Lead
Education (level and type): University degree, minimum bachelor
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years
Skils (soft/technical skills): Auditing, Self-verification, Incident Investigation, Assessor qualification
Specific knowledge: Proficient in Ms Office (Excell, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Language Knowledge: Azerbaijani – fluent, English – advanced
Professional certifications: OHSAS 18001 2007 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, STCW
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Lead and formulate the process for HSSE assurance activities
2) Management of HSSE Assurance Activities using a structured methodology providing assessments against contractual, company, contractor and subcontractor HSSE requirements.
3) Utilize an assessment methodology to validate, measure and share findings on HSSE compliance across the organization.
4) Lead HSSE Assurance Assessments including documentation review, interviews and observation to formulate a report targeted at continuous improvement
5) Liaise with Contractors and subcontractors on the integration of HSSE continuous improvement opportunities.
6) Lead and support development of HSSE Assessment tools and processes to facilitate HSSE compliance across the organization, including development of HSSE improvement plans as required.
7) Follow through on action closure from HSSE Assessment findings and recommendations
8) Reporting out on HSSE Assessments to the site leadership team and project executive.
9) Support awareness of HSSE compliance through all levels of the construction and fabrication organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Knowledge of International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) Recommended Practices
2) Highly skilled in compliance verification principles and processes
3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with building relationships with internal and external parties.
4) Demonstrated experience with HSSE audit processes and execution
5) Working knowledge of HSSE management system design, implementation, assurance and continual improvement.
