QA/QC Supervisor

Competencies

Inspection of API / Premium connection , Inspection of BHA and well head equipments , Calibration of measuring equipments ,Convergent with receiving ,in-process and final inspection , converse with internal/external applicable standards & procedure, welding inspection & certification

Essential experience and job requirements

Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Machine Shop QA/QC experience, API Spec Q1, 7-1, 5CT, 6A and 16A and Premium Connections to VAM, Tenaris Hydril and Grant Prideco and Process Knowledge. Supervisory Leadership skill, drawing interpretations, Design Calculation as per API Spec 6A and 16A, Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1), ASNT Level 2 in MPI & LPI. Sound knowledge in DS1, NS1 & NS2 standards. Knowledge in Hard banding applications (Technogenia, ARNCO, Quick Tip), Lead Auditor - ISO 9001

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications

Mechanical Engineering in academic; Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001; ASNT Level 2 in MPI, LPI, UT & RT; CSWIP 3.1
