Competencies:

• Plan and Perform, Scheduled and unscheduled mechanical repair, disassembly, assembly, installation and fabrication or all types of plant machinery, equipment and related components and circuits.
• Operates various machines (I.e., lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) necessary to make or repair machine parts.
• Performs basic maintenance welding.
• Writes procedures to support a total preventative maintenance program as required.
• May be responsible for training other team members and facilitating team activities.
• Performs other special projects as assigned.

Essential experience and job requirements:

• Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Maintenance experience with accreditation of recognized Mechanical Institute,
• Knowledge in the CNC based rotating machines, diesel engines.
• Supervisory Leadership skills, trouble shooting,
• Preventive Maintenance requirements in line with VAM and TSH procedures, documentation control,
• Knowledge in critical process LOTO.

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications:

• High School / Apprentiship or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
