Competencies:

• Inspection of API / Premium connection,
• Inspection of BHA and well head equipments,
• Calibration of measuring equipments,
• Convergent with receiving,in-process and final inspection, converse with internal/external applicable standards & procedure, welding inspection & certification.

Essential experience and job requirements:

• Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Machine Shop QA/QC experience,
• API Spec Q1, 7-1, 5CT, 6A and 16A and Premium Connections and Process Knowledge.
• Supervisory Leadership skill, drawing interpretations,
• Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1),
• ASNT Level 2 in MPI & LPI.
• Sound knowledge in DS1, NS1 & NS2 standards.
• Knowledge in Hard banding applications (Technogenia, ARNCO, Quick Tip),
• Lead Auditor - ISO 9001.

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications:

• Mechanical Engineering in academic;
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001;
• ASNT Level 2 in MPI, LPI, UT & RT;
• CSWIP 3.1
