BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Engineering)
- High Technical/Engineering Education (BS, MS Degree)
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering consultancy, industrial construction and civil construction, IT innovative solutions
- Excellent understanding of local consulting and construction market and main players
- Ability to propose and develop new engineering, construction and consultancy solutions (programs, methods, products) which could be interested on market
- Experience in Project Development and Team Management
- Excellent networking and selling skills
- Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of Construction Services
- Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
- Experience and People Management skills
- Flexibility and Mobility to travel
- Good Level of Business English and Russian to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
