Position : Key Account Manager (KAM)

ROLE OF THE POSITION

Implement company’s sales strategy by proactively managing relationships and business opportunities with clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

KAM is fully responsible for relationship with clients and quality of project management.

1. Acquisition of new customers
2. Maintaining and developing existing customers
3. Sales administration and reporting
4. Manage client projects end-to-end

MAIN WORKING RELATIONS

1. Provides the Country Director (CD) with all relevant information about the client and project in order to prepare proposals, documents and deliveries.
2. Provides experts involved in the projects with all relevant information for preparation to meetings and demos, and deliveries
3. Provides CD with relevant information on leads and projects, involves CD in

MAIN TOOLS FOR PLANNING AND REPORTING

• Categorization for all active clients (in CRM)
• Quarterly plan of developing existing  and acquisition of new clients

MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Meetings with clients - Number of meetings and proposal presentations with clients.
• Proposals - Number of proposals submitted.

MAIN PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE

• BSc/BA in business, HR, psychology, finance or relevant field
• Proven experience in Sales or similar role (at least 5 years)
• Managerial experience of leading teams – at least 3 years
• Good understanding of various sales methodologies and tools
• Proficient in presentation tools (e.g. Powerpoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of Azeri, English (fluent), Russian is an asset
• Ability to travel
