Sales Manager

We need Sales Managers from FMCG sector with fluent language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel and develop sales;
• Review progress of sales throughout the brand;
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
• Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support;
• Definition of brand objectives yearly;
• Developing and maintaining annual Strategic Plans;
• Planning & Managing yearly budgets;
• Formulate, direct & coordinate marketing activities & policies to promote brand;
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• High education in Marketing, MBA or other related field;
• Minimum 3 years of the relevant work experience in FMCG sphere;
• Strong managerial, communication and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian (spoken and written).

Salary: 1000-1200 AZN Net
