Duties and tasks

• Assist with stock management, taking inventory of products and providing input in ordering stock
• Evaluate customer requests for products, their desired price range and services and applications they are looking for in products
• Process sales orders and set up service plans for customers, collecting payment and setting up monthly payment schedules
• Provide detailed information and comparisons on product details and maintenance, prices, warranties and related products and demonstrate product usage
• Sell and set up ongoing internet services and mobile phone plans for customers, discussing and selecting appropriate plans and prices
• Sell computers, office equipment and accessories, telephones, software and other information and communication technology products
• Stock retail area with products and fixtures and set up displays of products for sale; package products sold to customers with proper manuals and accessories

Education and work experience requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience with Cisco, Dell, EMC, IBM, Lenovo, etc.
• CCNA / CCNP preferred.
