• Answer phone calls, takedistribute messages accordingly
• Main the reception, receive and assist guests
• Documents dispatch via courier or post office, and update dispatch log
• Distribute, mailsdocuments received via courier
• Inventoryreplenish of office supplies
• Maintain and update admin files
• Other job related to Admin Dept.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to multitask
• Quick to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani

Salary: 500 AZN
