More specifically, the sales assistant will support the following:
• Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
• Compilation of tender documentation
• Checking and edit contracts in accordance proper template wording
• Sending/answering emails
• Checking and entering data
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to multitask
• Quick to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani
Salary: 600 AZN
