Workplace is Baku, Mammad Araz 29a . Arium Hotel Baku.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English languages is preferable
- Preference is female candidates
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- To serve tea, coffee to director and guests
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries
- Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
- Working hours- 6 days in week , (there will be 3 reception with you 3 shift)
Salary: 500 azn net
